Can the pad be put under the sheet?

Yes. The pad has been designed to fit over or under the sheet. Of course being under the sheet it provides all the security you would want whilst at the same time being not visible

Is there a warranty on the product?

No there is not, however the pad has been wash tested 200 times at 92oC by Intertek Group PLC in one of their testing facilities.

Does the pad come in cotton?

No. The pad has been made using synthetic materials. Because of the washing procedure cotton would become quite rough without using a fabric conditioner whereas the Aquasolari pad remains soft to the skin.

Can the pad be tumble dried?

Yes on a medium setting. Leave to cool before folding.

*Please note *: Do not use fabric conditioners or bleach as this will impair the absorbency of the pad.

Does the pad cover the whole bed?

No the pad's measurements are 99cm x 86cm or 39inches x 34inches.

How long should I expect a delivery to take?

Orders received before 3pm should be delivered the next day. Orders received after 3pm will be delivered within 48 hours. All orders are delivered by UPS.

How do I request a returns form?

Simply e mail info@aquasolari.com with details of the issue with the product.

Please note: If the product has been used then it is not refundable.

However in the event that the pad construction prematurely deteriorates please contact info@aquasolari.com

Would this fit a double bed (single occupancy) i.e would the wings fold round the matress - is the size quoted the pad size and then how long are the wings?

Dear Mrs Southern, The actual pad is 99cm wide. The tuck width is 44cm on each side therefore making a total width distance of 187cm. ie: tuck 44 + pad 99 + tuck 44

what fabric is the pad made off? Is it good for people who has allergy?

Thank you for your enquiry The fabric is made from polyester and viscose fibres. No latex or rubber. It is perfect for people with allergies. It can absorb up to 2 litres of fluid. Very soft and smooth material which remains so even after washing repeatedly at 90oC. No fabric conditioner in washing as this impairs the absorbency of the pad.
